Return and Refund Policy

Due to the highly customized and engineered nature of HB Torque's zero-gravity manipulators and automated handling systems, we operate under a strict B2B policy.

1. Custom Engineered Equipment (No Returns) Standard retail return policies do not apply to our bespoke EV assembly solutions, pneumatic arms, or custom end-effectors. Because each system is manufactured to meet your specific payload, working radius, and technical requirements, all sales are considered final once engineering drawings (CAD) are approved and production has commenced. We do not accept returns for custom-built equipment.

2. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before the final engineering drawings are approved by your team. Once manufacturing begins at our Suzhou facility, cancellations will not be accepted, or will incur a heavy fee based on the manufacturing progress and materials consumed.

3. Warranty & Defective Items We stand by the precision and quality of our engineering. If your equipment arrives defective, damaged in transit, or fails to meet the agreed-upon technical specifications, this falls under our standard warranty service, not a return. Please inspect your equipment upon delivery. If there are issues, we will evaluate the problem and provide repair, replacement parts, or modification at our discretion.
