Complete engineered assembly workstation compatible with customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 EH2-R pistol nutrunners. HB Torque integrates a rigid torque-reaction arm, machined tool clamp, workbench, fixture and optional position control around the customer’s selected tool.

Third-party tool notice: ESTIC tightening tools and controllers are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied. ESTIC and Handy 2000 are trademarks of their respective owner; their names and model numbers are used only to identify compatibility.

Why this workstation is different

  • Rigid torque path: the nutrunner is secured by a machined split clamp or reaction-flange interface; tightening reaction is carried through the articulated arm into the workbench.
  • No hanging support: the working load is not carried by hooks, chains, spring balancers or the tool cable.
  • Engineered around the process: arm reach, clamp geometry, fixture, fastener access and operator height are configured for the customer’s part.
  • Optional position control: joint sensing and sequence guidance can be added for poka-yoke and traceable assembly.
