A precision micro-fastening workstation for customers who already use ESTIC Handy 2000 Micro EH2-RA direct-drive inline tools. HB Torque integrates the customer’s slim inline tool into a rigid low-inertia reaction arm, precision mechanical clamp, industrial bench and micro-component fixture. Optional position control can guide sequence and confirm the correct fastening point.
Scope notice: This listing is for the HB Torque workstation and integration service. The third-party ESTIC tool and controller are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied in the quotation.
Compatible ESTIC Handy 2000 Micro models
| Catalog model | Switch configuration | Torque range | Max. speed | Output |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EH2-RA1000-SNL / SNP / SRL | Inline lever / inline push / external switch | 100–1000 mN·m | 1600 rpm | φ4.0 mm |
| EH2-RA2000-SNL / SNP / SRL | Inline lever / inline push / external switch | 200–2000 mN·m | 1000 rpm | 6.35 mm (1/4 in) hex |
| EH2-RA5000-SNL / SNP / SRL | Inline lever / inline push / external switch | 500–5000 mN·m | 334 rpm | 6.35 mm (1/4 in) hex |
Catalog-listed tool mass is approximately 0.56–0.63 kg, depending on model and switch configuration. The EH2-RA5000-SRL catalog also notes a 334/669 rpm special setting.
What HB Torque supplies
- Rigid precision reaction arm engineered for 100–5000 mN·m micro-fastening
- Model-specific CNC split clamp that positively locates the inline tool body
- Industrial workbench, base plate and application-specific micro-part fixture
- Optional position sensing, fastening sequence guidance, interlocks and data interface
- Cable routing for signal/power only—the cable never supports the tool load
- Mechanical and controls engineering, build, test and commissioning support
Typical applications
Electronics modules, sensors, small housings, precision instruments and other assemblies requiring controlled low-torque fastening with a direct-drive inline nutrunner.
Engineering confirmation required: Send the complete ESTIC model code, switch configuration, controller, joint torque, bit or socket, fastener pattern and part information. We will configure the arm, clamp, fixture and optional position control for the actual application.
