Complete engineered assembly workstation compatible with customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 PULSE HS pistol nutrunners. HB Torque integrates a rigid torque-reaction arm, machined tool clamp, workbench, fixture and optional position control around the selected EH2-H or EH2-S pistol tool.

Third-party tool notice: ESTIC tightening tools and controllers are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied. ESTIC, Handy 2000 and PULSE HS are trademarks or product identifiers of their respective owner; the names and model numbers below identify compatibility only.

Rigid reaction-arm workstation

  • A machined split clamp securely grips the pistol nutrunner body or reaction interface.
  • Tightening reaction is carried through the articulated arm into the workbench and fixture.
  • No hooks, chains, spring balancers or tool cables carry the working load.
  • Optional position sensing can support sequence control, poka-yoke and traceable assembly.
