Complete engineered assembly workstation compatible with customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 PULSE T pistol nutrunners EH2-T0050-P and EH2-T0070-P. HB Torque integrates a rigid torque-reaction arm, machined tool clamp, workbench, fixture and optional position control around the selected pistol tool.

Rigid reaction-arm workstation

• A machined split clamp secures the pistol nutrunner body or reaction interface.
• Tightening reaction is carried through the articulated arm into the workbench and fixture.
• No hook, chain, spring balancer or tool cable carries the working load.
• Optional position sensing can support sequence control, poka-yoke and traceable assembly.

Catalog-listed PP and BP suffix versions can be evaluated during engineering. HB Torque confirms the exact suffix, output drive, joint orientation, working envelope and target torque before sizing the arm, clamp, bench and fixture.
