What HB Torque supplies
- Rigid low-inertia parallel-link torque-reaction arm configured around the selected model and working envelope
- Positive machined split clamp for the customer’s exact inline nutrunner
- Industrial workbench, bolted base plate and application-specific component fixture
- Optional encoder-based position control, fastening sequence guidance and interlocks
- Mechanical and controls engineering, assembly, test and commissioning support
The tool is mechanically supported by the rigid arm. No hook, chain, spring balancer or electrical cable carries the tool load.
Typical applications
Electronics housings, sensors, battery components, small mechanical assemblies and other precision fastening processes within the 1–20 N·m range.
Engineering confirmation required: Send the complete ESTIC arm and tool model codes, R/L orientation, fastening torque, socket, bolt coordinates, component drawing and cycle-time target.
