FAZIO SL Series Intelligent Socket Selector & Pset Control Workstation: HB Torque configures complete error-proofing workstations around FAZIO SL-C4-32, SL-H8-32 and SL-W8-50 socket or driver-bit selector modules, Pset control and the customer's tightening process.

The HB Torque Intelligent Socket Selector & Pset Control System helps operators choose the correct socket or driver bit for each assembly step while coordinating the matching tightening program. Intelligent Socket Selector & Pset Control for Error-Proofed Tightening
Each selector position can be associated with a specific socket, bit or fastening program. When the production step changes, the system indicates the required position and can exchange selection signals with the tightening controller, reducing wrong-tool use and incorrect Pset selection.
