A large-work-area tightening system built around the YEBO B031 aluminum overhead rail. HB Torque combines the B031 X-Y rail structure with a suspended torque reaction arm and a rigid tool adapter so compatible industrial nutrunners can move smoothly across multiple fastening positions while reaction torque is transferred through the arm instead of the operator.
This is an engineered integration solution, not a listing for an unauthorized third-party tightening tool. Atlas Copco and ESTIC names are used to describe intended compatibility and customer search intent. The tightening tool may be customer-supplied or project-specified and is not included unless it appears in the formal quotation.
YEBO B031 Overhead Rail Torque Reaction Arm System for Large Work Areas
- Extend the working envelope: the overhead bridge and trolley provide smooth X-Y travel across large fixtures or multiple fastening points.
- Control reaction torque: the nutrunner is secured by a rigid, model-specific clamp on the reaction arm rather than hanging freely from a balancer.
- Improve operator handling: tool mass and torque reaction are supported by the engineered arm and rail structure.
- Integrate the process: fixtures, barcode scanners, socket selectors, position sensing and tightening controllers can be incorporated when required.

HB Torque can engineer adapters and reaction-arm configurations for selected:
- Atlas Copco electric nutrunners - exact model and geometry must be reviewed.
- ESTIC Handy 2000 Series and EH2 tools - adapter design is project-specific.
- Other industrial tightening tools - evaluated from model, weight, torque, handle geometry and socket access.
Compatibility is not universal. Send the exact tool model before ordering so the clamp, arm, cable routing and working envelope can be verified.
YEBO B031 rail system options
- Aluminum rail profiles: A055, A065, A105, A140 and A180.
- Catalog order lengths: 1,000 to 6,000 mm; standard single-rail length is 6 m.
- Profile mass: A055 1.5 kg/m, A065 3 kg/m, A105 7.1 kg/m, A140 9.2 kg/m and A180 11.2 kg/m.
- Available components include rail trolleys, rigid suspension points, end stops, end caps, beam connectors, cable trolleys and secondary safety assemblies.
- The final profile, suspension spacing and arm selection are engineered to the required load, span, torque and reach. Catalog load charts are reference data, not a universal rating.
