The complete solution combines the floor-anchored arm, pneumatic balancing system, rigid custom tool clamp, industrial workbench, application fixture and optional position-control package around the customer's existing tightening process.

Workstation configuration

The arm structure absorbs fastening reaction torque instead of transferring it to the operator.
Custom mechanical adapters clamp the customer's own tightening tool securely.
Optional joint brakes and X/Y/Z position monitoring support bolt-location and sequence error proofing.
Workbench, fixture, guarding and controls are engineered to the application.
