HB Torque YF Series Hard-Arm Fixed Pneumatic Manipulator | Up to 750 kg

Heavy-duty operator-guided pneumatic handling system with a rigid parallel-link arm. The HB Torque YF Series combines a floor-mounted fixed column, pneumatic balancing cylinder, hard-arm structure, rotary wrist and application-specific fixture for lifting, positioning and presenting heavy industrial components.

This is a complete engineered handling system—not a stand-alone arm. The manipulator model, fixture, controls and safety functions are selected from the actual load, center of gravity, required reach, lifting height and handling motion.

YF Series F01 Models

• Y159F01: load range 0–200 kg; suggested load 0–150 kg
• Y180F01: load range 0–300 kg; suggested load 100–200 kg
• Y219F01: load range 0–550 kg; suggested load 200–350 kg

YF Series F02 Models

• Y159F02: load range 0–200 kg; suggested load 0–150 kg
• Y180F02: load range 0–350 kg; suggested load 150–230 kg
• Y219F02: load range 0–750 kg; suggested load 230–500 kg

All listed configurations have a catalog vertical stroke range of 800–1800 mm and working radius range of 1000–3000 mm. Final model selection must use the actual workpiece data and required duty.
