ESTIC Handy 2000 Intelligent Tightening Systems
HB Torque supports application selection and integration for the ESTIC Handy 2000 handheld tightening platform. The product family covers production fastening from micro-torque electrical assembly through higher-torque automotive and industrial joints.

Controller options include Handy 2000 Lite plus, Touch, Cordless and Micro. Depending on configuration, the system can work with socket selectors, scanners, signal towers, NET I/O, touch panels and production-network interfaces. Tightening results can be stored and exchanged with higher-level systems according to the selected controller and interface.
Position-guided assembly
ESTIC smart-arm configurations can detect tool position and guide fastening sequence or program selection. This helps prevent missed fasteners, incorrect position and sequence errors while supporting tool ergonomics.
