FAZIO Reaction Arms & DUROFIX Assembly Tools
HB Torque can supply and integrate FAZIO torque-reaction equipment, error-proofing accessories, torque-controlled electric screwdrivers and catalogued DUROFIX production tools for industrial assembly stations.
Torque-reaction support
Available configurations include carbon-fiber articulated arms, desktop reaction arms, pneumatic assisted arms and rail-mounted T-type systems. Selection is based on tool weight, maximum reaction torque, working radius, vertical stroke, mounting condition and tightening orientation.
Position & socket selection
Reaction systems can be configured with encoders, barcode readers and socket or bit selectors for guided fastening. FAZIO selector options support program switching and wrong-selection alarms, with RS485 or I/O communication depending on the model.
Torque-controlled electric screwdrivers
FQA-series options in the supplied catalog support multiple target-torque and speed settings, staged fastening strategies, tightening-curve review, batch counting and production-data collection. MODBUS-TCP and project-specific MES integration are available on applicable configurations.
DUROFIX production tools
DUROFIX cordless and connected assembly-tool options can be evaluated for repetitive production fastening. Final tool and controller selection depends on torque, joint type, cycle time, station layout and line-connectivity requirements.
