Desktop Assembly Workstation with Rotary Indexing Table

HB Torque engineers complete multi-station assembly workstations around the customer’s product and process. The enclosed cell combines a programmable rotary indexing table, dedicated fixture nests, selected process modules, controls and safety guarding in a compact floor-standing system.

Typical Cell Configuration

  • Rotary indexing table for repeatable multi-station transfer.
  • Multiple custom fixture nests matched to the workpiece.
  • Configurable tightening, press-fit, dispensing or inspection modules.
  • Enclosed aluminum-frame safety guarding and operator loading access.
  • Touchscreen HMI, status indication and process controls.
  • Optional result collection, traceability and upstream/downstream interfaces.

Configurable Assembly Processes

Each workstation is engineered from the required assembly sequence. Tightening, pressing, dispensing, checking and unloading steps can be allocated to individual rotary-table stations according to cycle time, access and quality requirements.

Atlas Copco, Desoutter and Other Tool Integration

The tightening stations can be configured around customer-supplied or project-selected tools from Atlas Copco, Desoutter, Cleco, Ingersoll Rand and other industrial brands, subject to technical review. HB Torque supplies the engineered workstation, rotary table, fixtures, process modules and control integration defined for the project.

HB Torque is an independent automation integrator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized distributor of the third-party brands referenced above. Brand names are used only to describe potential integration compatibility.

Typical Applications

Automotive and EV components, motors, controllers, electrical products, valves and other precision assemblies requiring multiple sequential operations in a compact automated cell.

Information Required for Quotation

  • Product drawing, dimensions and assembly orientation.
  • Complete assembly sequence and station requirements.
  • Fixture and clamping requirements.
  • Tightening, press-fit, dispensing and inspection processes.
  • Target cycle time and operator loading method.
  • Controls, traceability and upstream/downstream interfaces.

Price shown is a reference starting configuration. Final pricing depends on the rotary table, station count, fixtures, tooling, controls, inspection and automation scope.
