Complete engineered assembly workstation compatible with customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 Cordless EHC-R pistol nutrunners. HB Torque integrates a rigid torque-reaction arm, machined tool clamp, workbench, fixture and optional position control around the cordless pistol tool.

Third-party tool notice: ESTIC tools, batteries, chargers and controllers are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied. ESTIC and Handy 2000 are trademarks or product identifiers of their respective owner; the EHC-R model numbers below identify compatibility only.

Rigid cordless pistol-nutrunner workstation

  • A CNC-machined split clamp secures the tool housing and transfers tightening reaction into the articulated arm and workbench.
  • The straight pistol layout remains accessible, including the removable rear/bottom battery.
  • No hook, chain, spring balancer or tool cable supports the working load.
  • Optional position sensing can support sequence control, poka-yoke and traceable assembly.
