Rigid torque-reaction workstation engineered for customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 Lite plus and Handy 2000 Touch EH2-R inline nutrunners. HB Torque supplies the articulated reaction arm, machined tool clamp, workbench, fixture, controller mounting, cable routing and optional position-control integration required to turn the customer's straight tightening tool into a complete production station.
ESTIC, Handy 2000 and EH2-R model names identify compatible third-party equipment. The ESTIC tool and controller are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied.
Why This Inline Nutrunner Workstation Is Different
- Rigid coaxial tool support: a machined split clamp holds the cylindrical EH2-R body without relying on hooks, suspension straps or the electrical cable.
- Continuous reaction path: tightening torque travels from the tool clamp through the articulated metal arm into the workstation structure.
- Application-specific geometry: arm capacity, reach, clamp diameter and fixture are engineered around the selected EH2-R model and joint position.
- Position-control ready: joint sensing, bolt-sequence verification, pass/fail indication and controller integration can be added.

Catalog tool codes use SL for inline lever-switch, SP for inline push-switch and SC for inline external-switch configurations. The selected model, output shaft, working torque and fastening orientation are reviewed before the arm and clamp are sized.
