A heavy-duty tightening workstation for production lines using the ESTIC TH0505 high-torque Tracer Arm specification and ESTIC Handy 2000 direct-drive inline nutrunners. HB Torque integrates a rigid high-capacity reaction arm, positive mechanical tool clamp, reinforced workbench, powertrain fixture and optional position-verification controls.

Scope notice: This listing is for the HB Torque workstation and integration service. Third-party ESTIC TH0505 Tracer Arm hardware, Handy 2000 tool, controller and cables are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied in the quotation.

The tool is carried by the rigid arm and clamp. No hook, chain, spring balancer or electrical cable supports the tool load.
