Online Intelligent Screw Tightening Machine
HB Torque engineers enclosed automatic screw-tightening cells for repeatable production-line fastening. Each system is configured around the screw, workpiece, fixture, feeding method, tightening process and required line communication.
Typical Cell Configuration
- Enclosed aluminum-frame workstation with safety guarding.
- Automatic tightening spindle with programmable positioning.
- Custom fixture for stable and repeatable part location.
- Screw feeding interface matched to the fastener and cycle.
- Touchscreen HMI, status indication and production controls.
- Optional torque-angle monitoring, sequence control and result traceability.
Production-Line Integration
The cell can be configured for manual or automatic part loading, PLC handshaking, MES communication and fastening-result output. Final interfaces depend on the customer’s production-line architecture.
Tightening Tool Integration
HB Torque can engineer the cell around customer-supplied or project-selected fastening equipment from Atlas Copco, Desoutter, Cleco, Ingersoll Rand and other industrial tightening brands, subject to technical review.
HB Torque is an independent automation integrator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized distributor of the third-party brands referenced above. Brand names are used only to describe potential integration compatibility.
Typical Applications
Automotive parts, electrical products, motors, controllers, pumps, precision assemblies and other production processes requiring controlled automatic screw fastening.
Information Required for Quotation
- Screw type, material and size.
- Workpiece drawing and assembly orientation.
- Number of screws, coordinates and tightening sequence.
- Target torque, fastening strategy and acceptance criteria.
- Required cycle time and loading method.
