Pulse Tightening Workstation with ESTIC Handy 2000 Integration
HB Torque supplies the complete engineered workstation rather than a standalone third-party tool. The system combines a project-selected ESTIC Handy 2000 pulse nutrunner and controller with ergonomic suspension, a custom fixture, workstation structure, socket organization and optional process controls.
Typical Integration Scope
- Project-selected inline pulse nutrunner and compatible controller.
- Overhead tool balancer for controlled, ergonomic handling.
- Custom workpiece fixture and bolt-access design.
- Socket storage and organized parts handling.
- Optional position guidance, barcode verification and process interlocks.
- Optional tightening-result collection and PLC/MES communication.
Pulse Tightening for Manual Assembly
Pulse tightening can be considered for repetitive manual fastening where reduced operator reaction load, compact tool access and controlled process data are important. Final suitability depends on the joint, torque target, access angle and production process and should be confirmed through application review or joint testing.
ESTIC Handy 2000 Tool Integration
The workstation can be engineered around a customer-supplied or project-selected ESTIC Handy 2000 pulse tightening platform. The exact tool, controller, suspension, fixture and software scope is confirmed for each project.
HB Torque is an independent workstation integrator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized distributor of ESTIC. The ESTIC name is used only to describe potential integration compatibility.
