Configurable YEBO B028 roller conveyor workstation for controlled assembly flow. HB Torque integrates the catalog B028 Conveyor Line with a rigid torque-reaction arm, mechanical tool clamp, workholding fixture and optional position control to form a complete engineered assembly workstation.

The model code uses YB for YEBO, A for Automation and B028 for Conveyor Line, followed by the selected width, roller pitch, length, side-panel combination and height.

HB Torque workstation scope

  • Modular roller conveyor selected from the catalog configuration
  • Rigid torque-reaction arm and mechanical tightening-tool clamp
  • Metal carrier or pallet fixture tailored to the workpiece
  • Optional fixture sensing, position control and process interlocking when specified

Catalog data boundary: the catalog pages do not state conveyor load capacity, conveyor speed, drive type or tightening torque. These values are determined during engineering review from the workpiece, flow, tool and fastening application.

Supply boundary: HB Torque supplies the engineered workstation. YEBO or other third-party tightening tools, controllers, sensors, batteries and accessories are not included unless separately specified and lawfully supplied. The work area uses rigid mechanical support; hooks, chains, spring balancers and load-bearing cables are not part of this configuration.
