The workstation can be engineered around customer-supplied or project-specified tools such as ESTIC Handy 2000 / EH2-series nutrunners and Atlas Copco tightening tools, subject to tool-body dimensions, torque, reach, orientation, cable and controller-interface review. The named brands and models identify integration compatibility only; HB Torque is not offering the third-party tool as a standalone product on this page.

B029 Torque Reaction Arm Workstation for Atlas Copco & ESTIC Tools

The rigid articulated arm carries the tool weight, constrains tool movement and receives tightening reaction torque so the operator can guide the nutrunner with less physical load. A project-specific machined tool holder connects the selected nutrunner securely to the arm; it is not a simple hook, suspension ring or spring-balancer arrangement.

Third-party tightening tool integration
