Rigid torque-reaction workstation engineered for customer-owned ESTIC Handy 2000 Lite plus and Handy 2000 Touch EH2-R angle nutrunners. HB Torque supplies the reaction arm, precision tool clamp, workbench, fixture and optional position-control integration required to support the ESTIC tightening axis as a complete production station.

ESTIC and EH2-R model names identify compatible third-party tools. The ESTIC tool and controller are not included unless separately and lawfully supplied.

ESTIC Handy 2000 EH2-R 4–600 N·m Angle Nutrunner Workstation

  • Rigid tool connection: a machined clamp supports the cylindrical EH2-R body directly behind the angle head.
  • Continuous torque path: reaction load travels through the articulated metal arm into the workstation column instead of through a hook or suspension cable.
  • Controller integration: provisions can be added for Handy 2000 Lite plus or Touch controller mounting and protected cable routing.
  • Application-specific fixture: arm reach, working envelope and component fixture are engineered around the joint position and target torque.
